Wengding Wa Ethnic Village is a 400 years old Village which has been called “the last tribe of China”.This village is one of the best-preserved ancient communities in China today.
Weng means water,Ding means connection,so Wengding means the water of connection.There are about 98 households with over 400 Wa people in the village which surround by trees.
