The 31st National Lotus Exhibition will be held in Kunming from June 26 to August 30, 2017. There will be 71 units from 28 provinces to take part in this event and people can enjoy more than 500 species of lotus flower in Yunnan’s capital city Kunming.
The International Lotus Exhibition is the most influential cultural exchange platform for lotus flower and also is one of the largest domestic flower events in China. During the exhibition, experts from a total of 12 countries and regions and 28 provinces and 71 units were invited to participate.
Compared with the previous exhibition, this year’s event will be featuring in “Lotus, Renowned Chinese Buildings and Native Lotus Culture”. It will play an important role in academic exchange, exhibition and sale, information exchange, improve the level of lotus cultivation skills, protect the development and use of Lotus resources, but also on promote the development of tourism industry.
